3. Quotes, Payments & Billing
All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. A signed proposal or contract is required before the commencement of any project. Payments must be made according to the agreed terms (e.g., upfront, milestone, or post-delivery).
Late payments may incur additional fees and/or suspension of services.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to graphics, logos, designs, and copywriting, is the intellectual property of WebSocial or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.
Client-owned materials remain the property of the client.
5. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your business data and projects. All non-public information shared with us will be kept confidential and will not be shared without your written consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
WebSocial will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability under any agreement will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services rendered.

We may integrate third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email platforms). We are not responsible for the performance, privacy policies, or content of those external platforms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services or website for any user who violates these Terms, engages in unlawful conduct, or breaches any agreement.
